LEI Home Enhancements Announces Executive Leadership Appointment to Lead Integration and Strategic Development
CINCINNATI, Ohio, June 30, 2021 – LEI Home Enhancements, community-first provider of residential home improvement services, today announced the appointment of Tim Caldwell as Chief Operating Officer.
In his new role, Caldwell will oversee the strategic performance of the company’s corporate and franchise-owned locations. Additionally, he will lead efforts to advance the company culture – building positive experiences for customers, employees, and franchisees. Caldwell joins LEI Home Enhancements with 27 years of experience as an integration specialist, skilled in realizing the potential of emerging companies and implementing proven strategies to drive growth. Previously, he worked in private equity and has held executive leadership positions in the software and telecommunications industries.

Caldwell is a United States Air Force veteran; he piloted jets during active duty and reserve duty service before adapting his skills to business stewardship. Caldwell holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. He is also a keynote speaker and delivers faith-based messages of motivational leadership, service, and mentorship.
